Will I get GAS from it if I keep my NEO in Huobi?
If I need to withdraw it to my wallet, which one is recommended?

You would need to ask the exchange if they will credit your gas to you! It is always best to store in your own wallet because some exchanges do not honor gas dividends, airdrops and/or forks. If you need a NEO wallet I suggest NEON or Morpheus for desktop and O3 Labs for a mobile wallet. If you hold the keys to your wallet, you have control of your funds.
