Neo is an excellent long term blockchain project, its smart economy is growing and some of its ICO such as trinity to scale Neo, ontology, thekey,etc...will increase Neo value in the long haul

What does the implementation of CGAS mean for the re-distribution of used GAS on the NEO platform to all NEO holders?

As far as I recall it always has been the idea to re-destribute the used GAS (for transactions, smart contract execution etc) to all the people who hold NEO. Will this plan still work when CGAS is being used?

I just moved my coins from an exchange to a O3 wallet.

The amount of GAS is not accumulating steadily compared to the ONG I get.

many people look at the top, not realizing that for their early investors who bought with a bonus still antshares huge profits. you show me a similar investment in the real world that small investors made millionaires. right there are no such. i think the price of easily go back up to $50 without problems. the market loves such projects and if bitcoin reaches 10k then we will see a very good growth here too at times from current prices.

In hindsight we will look at this price as an incredible oppurtunity and be puzzled that so many missed the chance to fill their bads with 90% discounted NEOs.

There is no rocket science behind this to understand this logic why it is not rising as per our expectation. Almost 8 months long bear market broke the momentum of rise but if you follow this ecosystem support is increasing rapidly and it has enough power to explode and get more better position in future.
