Wow, pretty big bonus to invest now! I'm really interested in Relest but also REAL, i really like real estate ICO's  Think i'll split my investments and see which one is best! is the 30% bonus on yet? They are still on, you should just hurry up and not wait for the last moment, you may lose the bonus; I know REAL too and is also a good project, I'm lucky that I'm participating in both, real estate projects are very secure, i did want to participate in Atlant, but my investments would have been split too much, so I had to choose two, and I'm happy with it  . and you will not regret, the project have good concept, home renting is always in demand , as it's a necessity Relest will embody this idea -first, it means only one thing - they are exactly waiting for success |

The cost of the token will be regulated by the market, we can not tie it rigidly to the fiat.
Well, if token will be dictated by market, then what will be the advantage to hold this token long term, cos a renter might be skeptical buying for longterm holding. the price they bought might drastically drop and result in them paying a lot more for rent than agreed and the volatility of crypto will make most landlord scared to hold the coin for long term. so how do you convince consumers to hold it for long term and specifically how does it benefit an investor who is not a renter or a landlord to hold the token. After the launch of the product, as it usually happens, the price of the token will increase significantly. According to our roadmap, the release of the web version is scheduled for Q2 2018 This does not answer my question, neither does it expound on why an individual might want to hold real for a while. if there is no advantage for holding, then why would a renter buy real and hold in advance or why would the landlord hold the rent paid in real. finally why would an investor thats neither a landlord or renter buy and hold real? |

I think the ico will accelerate in the following days, investors can still have a 30% bonus, but many ico accelerate in last days. Maybe a lot of I nvestors prefer wait the last days to invest their eth in the project, but If you want your bonus I think its better to buy it in the first phase.

Why 30%? Already now only 15%. A little more than 16 ETH is collected. ICO is not going well. Maybe it will be more active. |
