When I had my first gambling my intentions was for fun but when I tasted the profit I become greedy and wanted to play for money until I lost consecutively and later realize that I better play for fun.

Affiliate earnings or targets would really be a good move but it would really need some skills when it comes on marketing your link and its not really an easy stuff because even it sounds easy but it would really be hard to achieve such thing. That's right but others don't know how risky is gambling because it's like a one shot game when you invest money on a particular day that's also the time when you know the result of the game,whether you lose or win. However, this isn't the case all the time because we know that the only constant thing on earth is change. Therefore, whichever the side of your coin if it's your luck it is your luck. For a newbie, it would be extremely dangerous and frustrating if you're going to initially gamble for profit. I think most of the time, though not all, newbies are prone to having emotionally indulgent. Especially if they've won a few amounts. That would lead to more cravings to win. Gamble for fun. I'm somehow torn between the two. I love to gamble for fun and profit. But, now I'm trying to cut my expenses in gambling I wanted to pursue or practice the art of self control. fun is fun by all means, but i don't think gambling for profit necessarily dictates an addiction, there are plenty of professional poker players out there that play strictly for money. not to say they arent addicts, which very well may be the case, but theyre making a living off of something they are extremely good at. However, i think the fundamental distinction between a casual gambler and a profit seeker is in the mindset; a casual might just seek out whatever games seem enjoyable at the time to play, whereas the latter would likely stick to a game where they can have influence over the outcome for a positive EV (ie, poker).

I really think that every gamblers seek some entertainment, even if they are there for profit. I mean, top professionals on all areas, are that good because they also love what they do. So I guess that will be the same for gambling. Top poker players, or bettors, or traders will have to love what they do, so even if they are in it for the profit, they also get entertainment out of it.

Of course some aren't able to become pros, and will probably just stay in gambling for entertainment, but I don't think anyone can go there just for the profit. They just won't last long if they do that.

I gamble only for the fun of it. Using money as a bet is much more exciting as something of value is genuinely at stake. That said, I don't think it's a good idea to gamble 'for profit' unless you know exactly what you're doing.

Fun seeking. And i don't suggest for any newbie to gamble for profit. Know what you're getting into before you go for it. Gambling can be healthy if done for the proper reasons and it can be very destructive for the greedy.
