Cool, Thanks, I accidentally clicked on "make payment" thinking it was not fully auto, And created another smaller payment, Sorry  Embarrassed

We guarantee payments are made M-F in the morning. In reality, payments are made throughout the day and on weekends too.

All blocks are mined to cold storage. So when we make payments, we are moving coins out of CS and into a hot wallet. We have a firm threshold of the number of coins allowed in the hot wallet to make sure any security breach can be covered.

@gigavps

Do I need to sent you an email for withdrawal requests? The pps shares don't show up on my confirmed balance yet so the auto payout isn't triggerd because me confirmed balance won't come above the set payout threshold of 1btc.

Cheers

PPS rewards are credited when shifts are created which is currently 1h 40m.

It looks like you haven't mined with us in almost a month and all of the rewards earned were paid.

If this is not the case, please email me directly.

I just added two Avalon mini's (new from the auction) at 60 Gh/s each.  Can someone recommend a difficulty setting?

Regarding the statistics page, on the Share Payout graph (PPLNS vs PPS), are those figures for PPS inclusive of the 5% fee or no?

PPS displayed on that chart is full 100% PPS.

Okay, thanks. Also (sorry for being pedantic), is the rewards page only updated every so often? I'm mining but the numbers aren't going up.

Hi James,

Pps is now displayed correctly. I'm back mining for couple of days (miningdutchmen).

Will see auto payment tomorrow morning ;-)

540 / 1.4 = 386

Share difficulty doesn't actually matter in the long run. Your earnings are based on hash rate. Only reason to change the share difficulty is to reduce server load.

A word of warning re PPS

I disabled PPS 5 shifts ago, for the next 2 shifts my % share rate remained low (and I was paid  25% less)
For the subsequent 3 shifts my reported share % is back to normal but I am STILL being paid 25% less, and not earning any PPS revenue.

I am losing BTC every block.

ADDENDUM

Quote from: gigavps
That is correct. PPLNS pays backwards in time so that the reward method is hopping proof.

When we find a block, it is the work up to 20 hours ago that is paid.

This is why you earn in when you first started mining and you will still get paid for 10 shifts after you leave.

I hope this helps clarify things.

Thank you for the super quick explanation James !

Please try to understand how PPLNS works before you start screaming about losing earnings.

When you start mining PPS, you "earn out" of PPLNS. If you switch back, you'll need to earn back in.

You mined 9 shifts of PPS so those workers were almost entirely "earned out". It takes 20 hours to earn back in.

I replied to your PM with a detailed overview explaining these things.

Payments are done manually, to make it more secure.

I find its usually around 6am Pacific Time when I see a payout each day.

Sorry, I make this mistake today

With the way the payment system works today, if you have multiple pending payments and they are tied to the same BTC address, they will get rolled up together into a single larger payment.
