I believe counting backwards from 10 to one will help.

I guess, you should let it all out as that helps.

In any matter what happens, keeping calm will always help you make informed decisions. They are the key to your success. So try to stay calm in all cases.

The only way I can hold my temper is by crying it out immediately.

If it feels like your patience is always on its last thread, a simple trick you can do is to keep something in your pocket to mess with. It can be a pebble, a coin, a pen, whatever you like as long as it’s a physical object. Think of it as your talisman and reach for it when your impatience starts to peak.

Sometimes I can't hold my temper. I can't control it but sometime it makes me calm when I see some pictures or persons that makes me good vibes.

Close the door and vent out, if that is what makes you cool down.

When I hold my temper I take deep breathe inhale and exhale. Also exercising also helps me get rid of my anger when I get mad I go out for a walk for a mile and then I would come back and forget why I was so angry and what I did to cause it.
