You need to turn to a good psychologist. Tell about the problem and it will help you.

I just breathe deeply and try to count from 10 to 1. Then I try to think of something good or look at this situation from the future (usually I understand that it is just a small point in my huge life and become calm)

Pause and take deep breaths
The first thing you need to do when you find yourself in a stressful state is to take a deep breath. Do not act in a hurry, because the actions you take during the loss of composure will surely make you regret.

I dont think counting 1-20 will make my bad temper subside. Unless i do it repeatedly, or maybe with singing too

Do we keep the buried anger for days, months, even years? Such anger can be "crusty" into the root of bitterness. I speak to myself while in the same situation and understand that maybe the person is having a difficult situation at a time that causes him to become angry...!!!!

If you lose your temper for too much, you shouldn't be at this forum. Cryptocurrency isn't the best option for you I suppose
