meditation and reverse number counting from 100 to 1 whenever you are angry are the best therapies i know till now

Hi! I am a newbie here. I quite struggle about holding my temper and i easily flare up whenever i lost my temper on someone or a certain situation. How do you guys manage yours and stay normal in the midst of pressure? I know it is not ok to just be carried away by our emotions easily specially when the result could be disastrous but what to do?
Yes, we always tell ourselves that in all cases we have to keep calm and solve everything, maybe now I have many problems in life, but I still keep static in all things.
Holding emotions in every situation is important. You cannot only used to keep calm during your anger but also when you are trading to gain profit from the reward you've get from the joined campaign. You have to keep silent and think deep on what you have to do for you not regret your decisions.

Sometimes it's really hard to hold your temper especially when it's the temper that your mad because something didn't gone well as planned or someone made you mad.

when I am angry to find a place that the atmosphere that can make us entertained, whether it's watching tv can also go outdoors looking for a fresh breeze if the mind is controlled new back again.

I am a thinking person, and when I am angry, I find different ways to deal with psychological problems when anger. But nowadays quite a few people do not want to invest and participate in stress reduction activities.

Meditation is a pretty good think to chill. Usually I do like 2-3 sessions for 20 minutes a day. It really helps to stay calm and fix your mind.

Look for the root cause of the problem. Fixed problem = no need to get angry.

For me I can say that holding my temper is my talent , because I can control my temper as long as I can but if it is over I'm gonna explode like an aggressive volcano

I think one of the best ways is to find places to channel it. If your temper flares up around somebody you should remove your self from the situation. I've also had problems with my temper and had to learn to control myself.
