Trading Bitcoin for real estate?

Real estate is actually a pretty risky investment in my opinion. The reason why many people think that this is a good investment because thehir government or local councils do not allow the powerful figures built. But real estate prices depend heavily on this rule.

Others trade bitcoin for real state, some rather invest real state through bitcoin, much safer and much economical and more profit than the usual real state, although these are risky but for some this is a challenge for them

real estate relative safer than bitcoin that have volatile price.for some people its actually very risky to their money.and real estate almost zero risk except we deceived when buy it.

but we need to have much money to buy real estate and I agree that real estate is not too volatile depends on bitcoin or other coins. I hope that in the future when I have money, I can buy my own real estate so I can have more investment in my life. in the real estate, the price will always increase and the risk is not too big but we need to manage that real estate so we can sell it at a good price.

We cannot say that we are always successful in bitcoin so we might also have a fall down. With the current volatility of the market value i have made a decision also to set aside my earnings in bitcoin. I set myself a goal there is a percentage for my savings in the bank. I have i am also set to buy a land that will be use for a convenient store.

Well, for me if I have enough income from bitcoin then I would invest in real estate too because as long as you have the right location, it is very easy to earn from real estate. But I wont stop from investing bitcoin because it is from it that I can obtain more properties in the future.

Its a good thing to invest money in different stuff. I used my crypto profits to buy me a house. If I had more I would definitely think of other investment options.

For me trading bitcoin is better but after earning a lot, invest some of it in real estate or other meabs of investment. Dont just relay on your bitcoin, have something to invest with

For me, I cannot recommend trading bitcoin for real estate. We heard a lot of news about bitcoin scam, I cannot recommend bitcoin for this kind of transaction. We cannot expect a lot of money on investing bitcoin. Bitcoin value are so volatile, we cannot assure on bitcoin. Bitcoin cannot be this kind of transaction.

If I have enough, I would. As much as I believe in bitcoin's potential, real estates are proven by decades to increase it's value as time goes by.

Of course not all properties, but majority if it will increase in due time. Crypto's volatility is very hard to depend on and for several years, bitcoin funtionality/use are slowly increases as shops/stores who accepts btc's are still limited.

Do you think people who have enough BTC to buy a house or an apartment are homeless? Have you ever see a homeless guy owning BTC. You make no sense at all.
This said, in Italy, there is a real estate agency accepting cryptos, not sure if they accept Bitcoin but I know they do accept the privacy coins Zencash and Cloakcoin are some of the altcoins accepted

Investing of the bitcoins in the real estate and trading are two different things and that there is nothing much common in between both. However, if you really want to invest your bitcoins in some real estate project, then you can do that but the only thing which you need to take care of is that you need to invest only at a place where you can make some good earning and that you can make more money to have a better living.

Well, true enough i also aim to actually buy a nice real eastate as another source of income to actually get a nice retirement place when working pretty much sucks now. I think Bitcoin is best option you can safely trade and gain profit in short time.While real state business full of conflicts and took years to gain profit and that profit have no value becasue money lose value due to course of time.If you earn 100$ now is better you earn $500 after a year.
