Im not really sure. I think that maybe now bitcoin is more secured than any property. I would think twice if I wanted to trade bitcoin fot real estate. Even though it is bigger profit in the long run with bitcoin. You just have to be patience.

“Many of our buyers are in the tech sector and are early adopters of bitcoin. We understand the importance of adapting to cutting-edge purchasing methods,” said Martis Camp sales director Brian Hull, who described the buyer only as a “Silicon Valley entrepreneur.”

That bitcoin-financed real estate transaction was one of the largest, but it was not the first. Five months earlier, in March 2014, another secret buyer purchased a villa in Bali for 800 bitcoins, or roughly the equivalent of $500,000. Two months later, a suburban home in Kansas City, Missouri, sold for the same amount. Last September, a buyer—identified only as working in the tech industry—bought a single-family home in Austin, Texas.

Real assets are very important besides investing in crypto. the more we invest like health, gold, silver and others the better for the long term.

It is great if the real estate accepts bitcoin for trading, the investors in bitcoin will have the opportunity to both real estate trading and bitcoin trading and make the two markets more exciting.

Most of these transactions involved the buyer converting bitcoin into U.S. dollars to make the purchase—a liquidation of assets, much in the same way a first-time homebuyer might use investment dollars to afford a down payment.

I am wondering how many of you are selling your bitcoins to buy something solid like real estate as backup investment? spread the eggs!
I think each of these forums has a dream. And with the help of a crypt you can get a dreamer. Oh, I also wanted to say that in my opinion, every person from this forum invests money earned on a crypt in his dream (whether a house, apartment, car, business, travel, etc.)

Bitcoin is a store of value and it's money, and I use it to diversify my investments in different asset classes. People are not only investing into RealEstate but they're also diversifying into Agriculture, various revenue generating businesses. And guess what, bitcoin has the highest ROI I have ever seen.
By using bitcoin we can really invest to different assests as bitcoin provide higher income than other businesses like insurance or maybe stocks. Bitcoin is our way to earn lots of assests and real estate is a good one. The value of property will keep on high, it wont depreciate as the year passed by. It is a long term investment but you dont need to sell or trade yout bitcoin for real estate. Plan strategically.

There are many services that accept Bitcoin payments so I think it is normal for Bitcoin to invest in real estate. Bitcoin is of great interest and many of the world's major financial giants have adopted Bitcoin as a trading platform. Bitcoin can be used for supermarkets, home purchases, cars, and real estate, products.

I am trying to aggregate my Bitcoin investment capital in order to earn some money, and eventually I am wanting to buy myself a home not far from my city that I live now but for now it is only a dream.

I don't sell my Bitcoin. Because I believe in the profit in the next year. I know that 2018 is a hard year for the crypto market, but I still recommend to invest this year if you want to help profit in the next year.

The real estate market and the bitcoin market are almost identical. They are basically investors' investments, however the bitcoin market is a new and dynamic market i like trading bitcoin more
This is not accurate, there are many speculators in both markets that is correct but there are many people buying bitcoin right now since they are planning to use those bitcoins in the future, and of course it does not hurt the value of their coins is going to multiply, but real estate is the same, we need a place to live and unless you want to be exposed to the elements then this means there is a real demand for houses not as speculative vehicles but as a place to live.

Investing in bitcoin is still a great move because of the cheap price of bitcoin which is a good deal and you can have a lot of profit if you will hold your bitcoin and wait for the price to reach at least 15,000 in the next few years. It is about patience and you should have a tight plan for your investment so you will not fail.

The best thing is, invest in both. Invest your money in bitcoin so you will have a chance to multiply your money and earn passively and also you should invest in real estate because that is the reason for you to make a passive income also and an assurance that you have a home that will give you consistent profit every month which is like a pension.

I'm already attending to buy my own apartment, but I'm doing that in the parts so I'm not even close to finish my payment, but bitcoin helped me to close first few deals.

Others trade bitcoin for real state, some rather invest real state through bitcoin, much safer and much economical and more profit than the usual real state, although these are risky but for some this is a challenge for them
It depends what personally you are really looking for. If you're ready to risk in that way, you can try. But you need to have a good knowledge about it.

That is the best option but it is very difficult, who has the money to invest in both? Only those that are already in a very solid economic position, everyone else will need to take a choice, to invest in bitcoin or in real estate and I think it is clear that I will choose to invest in bitcoin since the price of bitcoin can grow faster and if things move in the right direction I will be able to afford a house in my country in a few years.
