Is Global Warming Real?

I have measured the temperature, it is 37 °C  (98.6 °F) in my room, I live in a pretty shady area so the sun doesn't directly warm my room.

Outside the temperature according to local heat sensors + the meteorology service confirmed, it's 42 °C  (107.6°F) , the air on average. In sunny areas it can be as high as 50  °C  (122°F)

They have also forecasted 45-47 °C for this week in nearby locations as average temperature. In sunny spots it can be deadly heat.


And this is Europe for fuck sake, not the fucking desert. In the desert the temperature may even be 60  °C or higher.



It's a fucking oven, the skin burns off your body it's so hot.


Yet we see motherfuckers who are denying the global warming, how is this possible?

There are many researches about global warming is real. You can also find them on internet. Also you can experience the weather in your city. İt is not only in Europe but also there are some weather changes in many continents. Human behaviours cause this situation.

I'm from eastern Europe, Belarus to be exact, and judging by summer'2017, it's Global Colding, not global warming for real. Of course, we are all from different parts of the world, but i got used to 24-27oC in Summer, I love to wear shorts with t-shirts, and this summer i wore my leather jacket maybe 70 days out of 92 days of thr three summer months. It was my summertime sadness

Global warming is real and is experiend all over the globe. I experience it also in our country. Usually BER months are the coldest months here in the Philippines, but it has no difference from the scorching hot summer months. This really is a proof that the ozone layer that proctects the earth is severely damaged.

The blame should be put on the greenhouse effect and not on the destruction of the ozone layer. It is the increase in the concentration of the greenhouse gases (such as Carbon dioxide and Methane) which is causing an increase in the temperatures. The ozone layer on the other hand has hardly any effect on the surface temperatures of the earth.

Yeah. Its true that global warming is very alarming and real. Because of what we people doin every day basis can effect mother earth. Those excessive garbages in the land, the thick black smoke in the air and the stinky water of the oceans is all the effect of what we people do to our environment.

Very real and very relatable! Through the years people have been neglecting how to take care of the environment, that all they cared about are innovations and how to make more money. Illegal logging brings about flash floods and factories brings about the increase of green house gasses that will lead to an increase in the world temperature. That is why we experience extremes of temperatures and countries experiencing phenomenons like hailstorm in deserts

Storms (i.e Typhoons and Hurricanes) are unrelated to global warming in my opinion. They are part of the natural process and they will occur even if there is no global warming. If you are talking about floods and droughts, then it is understandable. But the studies and researches have not found any link between the hurricanes and global warming.

Fully agree. It should be further noted that climate change also is a natural process that occurs every now and then. Here under both cooling and warming – with or without human participation.

However, humanity have already lived through  so many climate changes such as glacial period, that there is no reason for such huge ideology which arises out of this problem. In order not to solve social problems people invented a great enemy which is external and eternal. Not a good idea to follow this trend and close our eyes to more current problems which, in fact and in opposition to global warming, can be solved.

You can't compare what happened in the glacial age to what is happening now. During the glacial age, the temperatures fluctuated by 2-3 degrees, and that too during a time period spanning tens of thousands of years. But now this temperature change is occurring within a duration of few decades.

Yes it is. We can feel it everyday. The weather these days is too different from what we had before. The temperature is too hot. There are lots of natural disasters almost everyday in every corners of the world. These are the proof that global warming is real.

Global warming phenomenon is a truth and there is no point in hiding it. You can ignore the issue, just like some of the world leaders (such as Donald Trump) are doing now, but this is going to further escalate the issue. In the future a point will be reached, where the situation will become irreversible even with extremely tough remedies.

When I was young, I remember that when it rained in summer, we had to wear warm clothes and use warm blankets when we slept but now it is completely different. Rain brings down the temperature but is still warm. What will happen 50 years later, only God knows.

yes,  how can it not be.  The weather was unpredictable,  when it is hot,  it was too hot that you can even fry am egg on the streets,  when it cold,  it was too freezing cold. Glob warming is real and hopefully we human being can help our planet.  We may not change it but we can mitigate from it.

I just cannot believe some people are so ignorance about this topic, global warming is the most obvious name scientists can give to the phenomenon, climate will change if temperature change, in Vietnam it's so obvious to see the effect of this phenomenon, the climate is not the same as it was in 10 years ago, and it's getting more and more extreme, think about it as a machine, if it's getting hot, all the parts are affected.
