No one knows where the floor is, with all this ICO banning business and big exchanges closing down in China all we can do is wait and see. But I doubt it'll go any lower than $15

or maybe under 10$. we should cut loss or keep hold. dont buy more before see any good signal

Support is clearly around 15$, but it has broken the downward resistance of the flag for about a week now, we'll probably see it push back up now

Now the altcoin market completely down so there is a possibility it can still go down. Maybe it will take some time to recover its price, so now it is the best time to buy NEO because due to now it is in Dip.

I will also agree with you that neo is though having some decrease in prices at present but there is no need to let this chance end without availing it at best. Neo is among few great altcoins and this coin has very much potential of rising in prices in the coming years. So buy neo as soon as possible.

That's true for every major coin. I was doubting to buy ETH at 8$ earlier this year, didn't do it, it then rose to 15 and I though 'well if it drops back to 10 I'll invest'. Next was 20$, 40, ...

As far as am concern is never too late to buy NEO, if you want to hold for a long time period. But if you a day trader you will need to put a lot of things into consideration before you buy. You will need to study the candle sticks chart, know more of the news around it and then make your decision on whether to buy or not.

I bought few when the price dip just recently on $18. I think this NEO will really be huge when their platform can have at least few tokens. I remember I have a lot of these last year and I gave away to some of the users here in the local section. I hope those guys keep those ANTS i gave to them.

NEO does have treats no other coin has, and it has as much potential for global mass adoption as Ethereum (both not as much as bitcoin, but thats a different story). The fact that only 50 mil are in circulation doesn't mean that much. They're not meant to be used as coins, unlike bitcoin. You should look at NEO more as shares in the company, in which case its normal 50% are in the hands of the management and owners.
