It is true that the bitcoin price will reach up to 10k dollars. In your speculation, in what year?

I think it would reach that amount in 2 - 3 years time. Bitcoin is slowly becoming popular and more investors are getting in but there is still a heavy price manipulation because they know that they are influential like what Jamie did few days ago stating bitcoin is fraud but just a strategy to make the price lower so that they can buy more. It would depend really on the people who are holding majority of the coins and the strategies it would take to make it go up or down.

There is a possibility that it would happen in the next few months or just a year because we never expect that this year it would reach $5k but it did. Happenings in crypto world is just unexpected because news affects the price so much and because many are panic buying or selling that's why the price drastically change.

2 months? It is short in my opinion, we don't know when the price of bitcoin can reach $10k but for 2 months I really think it is not enough. I believe around 2018 or end of 2018, that is if the upcoming hard fork of Bitcoin and implementation of segwit2x is a success.  This will open lots of development to Bitcoins and will address the problem of Bitcoin scaling that is one of the major problems that affects Bitcoin price.  Aside from that, if China is done with its hostilities and reopens its door to Bitcoin exchanges.  This happening can fuel Bitcoin price to break series of ATH until it reaches $10,000 per piece.

It does not need to wait long time like your said. On November of this year, we will see new fork in Bitcoin system and the price of Bitcoin will have many fluctuation. Maybe, it will drop down like other fork in the past.

I agree since the price of all the cryptos are incremental and absolute. I mean since the last fork who would've though that the value of Bitcoin will reach 4k but the only predicted price is 3k. So it is not possible if Bitcoin could reach 10k late this year.

Yeah some dumped will happen like what we are currently facing right now, having drops but still there's no need for us to panic, we are talking about Bitcoin here, what could possibly go wrong.

Since bitcoin price could manipulated by big whales in the market whenever bad news occurs, it may take a little longer to reach $10K than what we have predicted. But, consider uncertain things could happens at anytime, especially bitcoin acceptance and development in a country could attract huge influx of money, invested into bitcoin,. which mean there's no way to say the exact time to reach $10K.
Current situation make bitcoin barely can not recover to $5000 in this month or next month, but hopefully could be achieved by the end of the year. If bitcoin development could going smoothly without any other ban from a big Country, I guess bitcoin could reach$10K in the next year.

The fact that everything can happen to bitcoin, it can rise and fall but with the trust and hope that people are giving to bitcoin is enough to hold and believe. The increasing value makes more people get attracted and use this so the demand will surely increase while we're getting near in maximum supply. So yes $10k dollar is not our far fetched dream instead it's within our reach.

Bitcoin's price is $3,943 today.Already,last week,it suffered a slight fall in its price due to china's actions against it.In november,it might have to face another hard fork due to segwit 2x activation.It might definitely cross $5,000 by this year end.I think that it would take almost five more years for bitcoin to reach $10k.

The price went down before the hard fork and weeks later when the fork actually happened the price of bitcoin went up because people began  to sell their bitcoin cash for bitcoin and this increased the demand for bitcoin at the time and as we know that makes the price to skyrocket.

It is quite early for now to say Bitcoin won't reach $10,000 per piece but the current situation does not show any potential for Bitcoin to reach such high amount of  price.  I believe the current hype can only bring Bitcoin to at most $6,000 at the end of the year.  That is if there is no FUD will arise during those days.

My mentor who introduced me to bitcoin and told me to join btctalk said to me that next year bitcoin will reach $13,800. I was skeptic about it but he said it like he was  very sure and very confident and I'll see if that will happen.
