Stake is bound by gambling license issuer to ask for KYC in case of deposits and withdrawals. Please prove what you wrote. Where is the URL link to back up your claim? I have the document, took some thousands of hours! Do you think it is relevant what an anonymous venture states on its website? Do you think in Curaçao anonymous ventures make the laws? So you cannot provide a URL or link to back up your statement? You said " Stake is bound by gambling license issuer to ask for KYC in case of deposits and withdrawals.". Prove it by providing a URL or link or withdraw your false comment. JollyGood is correct here. Also, any user can request their data be deleted if they want to completely close their account. We don't require any information for players not even email. I'd appreciate it if you guys just added eachother to ignore or discussed this in PM. Let's keep this thread on topic, I've avoided using bitcointalk because it has become a lot less about games and gambling and more about armchair legal debates and trolling.

Thank you for the post and clarification Stunna. I will not be responding to game-protect regarding the issue of legality in this thread again

Please can a representative of Stake explain the following:
- Why is there no cookie notification? - Why is stake.com not GDPR European Law compliant? - Where is the Privacy Policy page? (The TOS shows no privacy information)
Many thanks

Game Protect has prove that all these Curaçao crypto currency casinos act illegal and do not comply with AML/KYC laws, means they have to give back all Bitcoins collected! Do you think I collect proof of Bitcoins lost to Stake just for fun? You said "Stake is bound by gambling license issuer to ask for KYC in case of deposits and withdrawals.". Correct. Prove it by providing a URL or link or withdraw your false comment. Use your investigative skills!

It is something that Stunna can answer. I think some things got missing or stopped working in the last site overhaul, some UI languages got lost too, but I'm sure the cookie notification should be working in the next update.

And BTW, any company can ask for KYC ("Know your Client" information as it is now called the old "Verify your Identity"): there is no need to be backed by an authority to do that. And there is no obligation for any online casino company to ask for KYC if they are not bound by any rules from the gambling licence issuer. From what I understand, I don't think they will KYC every user who depositted 10 BTC, made 1 roll and attempted a withdraw. I think they did a taint analysis of the source address where those coins originated and it seems sketchy and they had to intervene. Basically if some miner just mined a block solo, got 12.5BTC as block reward and did the same, then maybe it wouldn't of been frozen. I am pretty sure they don't want to do too much "forced KYC" because its bad for business because most likely that individual will come on here and open up a scam accusation against the website like it has happened in the past. They only do it when necessary.

They only do it when necessary. I broadly agree with what you wrote but when you wrote "They only do it when necessary" it is a contradiction of sorts on their part because KYC is not needed for these casinos unless it is a requirement of the licence issuer and in this case it is definitely not a requirement. How much BTC or other crypto currency goes in or out of an account should not have any impact on the casino operators as they want profit and there is no reason for any casino to request KYC citing their "internal fraud detection system" which is effectively selective scamming. Only when requested by a law enforcement agency should these sites freeze accounts and for KYC but they should clearly stipulate on their websites exactly what their TOS are when AML/KYC is concerned.

I assume that every local board have own PD|Stake brand manager. For example here is russian one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1066825It is great that he translates all competitions into Russian.

There is also brand manager on Indonesian Local boards, so yeah I think they have some brand managers to manage their LOCAL ANN thread. It is good advertising/marketing strategy IMO as they can cover all possible users from many countries. Good thing is that the brand managers do their works very well (at least as what I can see from the Indonesian board). Never missed any updates or news.

Yes, even small countries are having their content translated, and BrandManagers are not only here in bitcointalk, but also in each big forums of their own countries. And they are all native speakers of the language they are representing.
