I'm wondering how much you are trying to withdraw from Stake that your withdrawals are taking a long time to be processed. Stake always process the withdrawal instantly, no matter how big the amount is. The withdrawal could be delayed a bit if you are trying to withdraw a few hundred thousand dollars. BTW, are you talking about fiat withdrawals?

After a long time I suddenly got a $5 bonus and gambled with it. Actually my intention was to spend a little time gambling and just enjoy the fun with this bonus money and lose it. Only for the games where people lose the most because stake controls the RTP. LOL, nobody should even consider taking this promotion seriously, there is a reason why stake gives double the progression, because you will lose at least double the money on these garbage games they are squeezing out. 

Also, VIP progression/levels are worthless now anyway. The only good thing is the level up bonus, but if you don't withdraw that one they will take it back real quick cause suddenly you can't win a bet. Better to play somewhere else these days. We don't know how they choose the winner, there are 15 Moderators and each of them chooses 5 winners  or 75 winners well, each of them has different criteria for determining the winner. Maybe some of them will check Activity and Rank account, for example I always post something on Friday to be considered active user on the forum   and what is certain is that the forum page must appear in the draw, for example my page is 212 this will increase my chances.

I did not receive any kind of welcome back bonus, eventhough I have not deposited for a long time. I think this offer is only for players who completely stopped playing. I still play regularly, but only using weekly and monthly bonuses. I have not made any deposit for about half a year.
One reason I really like Stake is that even if you do not deposit for months, you still receive a $5 pre-monthly and post-monthly bonus. Generally there are no min odds and the main focus is the bet must be settled, if there are any additional requirements they will include in the email

That sounds like a pretty standard reactivation offer. Casinos usually send these bonuses mainly to push you back into making a deposit, not necessarily to give real value.
