I come here in this thread on the time, because today is August 23.
But you prediction is wrong, you can see bitcoin is still stop under $4205, may be in the whole day bitcoin will be come at $4300 but it is impossible for only today that bitcoin come at $4500.
Actually, i agree with you on one point, and that is when you predict in that time, people have thought bitcoin will be reached at $4500 very soon, but some little dump is the reason bitcoin can't come on it.

I dont think someone can.
Even with the SegWit thing, we cannot see any future events that will happen with its price.
Maybe a little bump up but who knows. It could also lead to a low price thinking what if a large number of bitcoin is sold.

I doubt it will cross a new ATH anytime soon. Maybe it will on November after the hard fork. There is no significant events happening now that can push the price above 4500$. I think it will play between 4000 and 4400 in the coming months until it push again on November.

It can be predictable now since the said date is now. I can see that bitcoin dipped a little from 4200+$ to 4132$ and this might continue depending on what movement it will make by the end of the day. For now all I can say is that there is a high probability of it dipping more in the next coming days but I doubt if it would reach new heights again maybe this is the end of those crazy price rise.

Today is the 23rd and in few hours we would have forgotten about this day to get ready for another battle that will give room for myriad of discussions and threads about how the price will react to such secenero. But I am happy that bitcoin price exercise some level of stability at this time and if will be seeing some high changes in price, we will need to wait for the next few days in other for the benefit of this day to sink in.

As of forum's time 09:23PM the current price of bitcoin is $4,115. I can't assume if this is about to increase, I have read some tweets that price will start to rise very soon but I don't know on when it is exactly going to happen and even those people who speculated the price of bitcoin is about to pump.

I think they care about 23 of august about activation of segwit but looks like the estimate time changed into 24 that you can found here

And sooner we will see the big impact of segwit after activation is finish not exact of august 23 but in 24 we will see the good effect of segwit sooner.. 
That is why the price of bitcoin is stay calm and high because they are still waiting for segwit activation and maybe there is possibility of the price increases soon.

Today is August 23^th, and current price is $4126 on preev, tomorrow its price may increase a bit within $100-$200.
Well, segwit will be activated after 11 blocks https://coin.dance/blocks?update, and this is another milestone in bitcoin environment. Hopefully, bitcoin could attract more people and merchants to accept bitcoin payment and gain more value if segwit really works.
There are 7 days left before we're move to next month, I guess bitcoin could reach another ATH, maybe around $4800 in the end of this month.

Nah, the bitcoin price still at $4,145 after 23 August but it's better actually than the last 2 days. In my opinion, the price of bitcoin will stable around $4,000. Actually the price already increase even before 23 August, so i don't know is 23 August makes the bitcoin price increase or not.

Bitcoin price was stable and no changes after August 23, 2017. I think before end of August 2017 bitcoin value is reach the $4000-$4300 but hoping that it was increase more rather than my expectation.

I do expect something like a $300 rise in price, as you said i think that $4500 should be possible. We could potentially break the all time high once again, if the conditions are right(people are optimistic, traders have buying power, and BCC crashing would help too).

This will probbaly happen in 2-4 days time, it's not happening now because not all bitcoiners know that segwit has been activated yet. Some are still sleeping. Though don't get too risky and invest everything you own, it's likely that we won't see a pump of the magnitude of the last one in this month.

I think the price will increase the next few weeks.
Segwit is now active and it seems like it has worked.
From what other guys told me, people have to start using segwit and then it will show its true potential.
I expect the size of a block to increase, the mempool to decrease and the transaction to be faster again.
That all ends up in an increase of bitcoin price within a month. At least in my opinion.
