Adex is one of the best altcoin to buy and make sure to keep the coin. Another one is micromoney too, a friend of mine says it will be worth something soon so just keep on holding on to this coin as well.

Why Adex? Could you explain? Current capitalisation is quite good, I don't think that Adex could be in top 30 of cryptocurrencies. Decentralized exchanges it is many technical problems at the moment and this problems are killing all preferences of decentralisation.

NEO as you said already is a good pick. It basically works as a hedge against Ethereum. It covers the Asian market which has definitely a lot of potential. China is already bound to be the world number one economy and it has the highest population worldwide, the middle class is growing and people start having money to spend. Whoever offers them good investment opportunities will profit hansomely and NEO is doing that. It's not only a platform it's an investment vehicle for many (fairly so). Another alt I like is XRP which is again in the Asian market (Japan) they have cooperated with many banks and are very reliable. Their coins has already been integrated in various channels and you see that it's really working. Feedback from institutions has been great and that already tells you a lot about the future potential of the project.

listening to some random guys on a forum is not the best financial advice I can give you. There are many who own tokens just because they were recommended by someone else, and that someone else has them because they were recommended to him too. You have to do your own thinking and research about the coin and idea before investing to it, it's better to do some research and come back to this forum asking specific questions about it, rather than going "tell me the best coin to buy", that will never work out for you. Spend some time on a coin that triggers your interest and investigate (by reading the papers, getting into the community Slack, reading blogs and check what competitors are in the market) and then you'll have a more clear idea on whether you should invest in it or not.

ETH is very classic, but if you don't fear from Chinese guys and hardcore market manipulators, you can try Litecoin and Monero. They're actually good in their area. At least, I would invest in them.
