It means that there are genuine people interested in the discussion of the project + an incredible amount of shilling. Both don't say anything about the 'greatness' of the project.

I agree with the newbie volkonsky and at the moment, the value of the tokens are only speculative, and there isn't much greatness in the project other than the brilliant idea. Which still needs to be excecuted, for the project to become great.

But obviously there is a lot of interest in the project with 11321 backers and growing, with 55m tokens or 3+ days until the end of ICO.

I think UTRUST can and should be better than 3x, considering that not many people know about the project yet - demand for tokens will only grow. this is the future of online payments - massiveness will be huge too

If the ICO-price is set to high, it also can stay at this price. For 3x much money is needed.
It all depends on the further development, it has big potential, but be careful everytime.

Maybe filling bag means when investors sell their tokens. Investors are filling their bags with money they got from the investment. But as utrust has a good platform and real case uses, I think utrust will be survive and gain more attentions in the future.

Bonuses during ICO always cause the price of tokens to fall from the price of ICO afterwards. In fact, the real price of tokens on the ICO is the price taking into account the bonuses. And if you count from this amount, then often there is no price drop, unless, of course, the project is real, and not a scam.

People posting here are more positive, but that is a biased view because coming here means you are already interested in the project. I would do my own research and read the whitepaper.
