That's actually the reason why we launched ICO - to simplify the enrollment

it works like a fund crowdfunding

How early after the ICO can investors trade (buy and sell) their tokens?

Investors can start to trade their FundCoin tokens in secondary exchanges immediately after they will be listed at the crypto exchanges, typically several weeks after the ICO.

And now we are talking about several VC funds that are already work, if I'm not mistaken

And they will give to token-holders profit that is made BEFORE token-holders to become token-holders ??

Of course not, but the working fund and the opening fund are completely different things

Working funds can invest in projects already existing in their portfolio, clearly scalable with the help of money. The opening fund doesn't have such an opportunity.

The number of the created FundCoins will be equal to the amount raised during Pre-Order campaign and the ICO itself.

What are the advantages of the tokenized funds?

Investors get access to a very promising market related simultaneously to real economy companies and as well to Blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Tokenized funds allow individuals to invest in real assets of the existing companies and provide at the same time a unique access to a high performance and highly liquid blockchain private equity fund, usually the preserve of institutional investors.
