Do we know when buy back of the tokens would start?
Quarterly, the fund will distribute profits that will be used to buy back FundTokens from the market. Reg. the first buy-back - in aproximately 3-4 months after the ICO

tell about divedends
At this point, we have decided to distribute profits via the buyback program since FundCoin will be traded on cryptocurrency exchanges, and it might be difficult to indicate the beneficiaries. Nevertheless, this could be solved in the future with the support of exchanges, so we do expect to include the possibility of paying dividends. Normally, private equity investors receive only capital gains distributions, which is similar to the buyback program we have. However, we hope to be able to deliver more. How much money will be used for buy-back?

How much money will be used for buy-back? After the first quarter of the Fund operation, and later every quarter, the Fund will buy back FNDs from the investors for the amount of the income generated from the investments, approximately, several percents. At this point investors will benefit from their FundCoins. Also they will be able to sell FNDs at exchanges at any time.

THE ORIGINAL PRIVATE EQUITY TOKEN => very cool Thank you That's true - the proceeds after the ICO will be allocated to the Lowestoft Private Equity Fund – a private equity fund managed by the trusted Finles Capital Management, a fully regulated asset manager with a 40-years history and responsible for management of over €500M on average - https://www.finlescapitalmanagement.nl.

From the total amount of fund raised during the ICO and invested by the Lowestoft Private Equity Fund And how much is this? It depends on the amount of the fund raised during the ICO. If it's the maximum cap of 100M, then approximately 2-3M per quarter.

Nick, that's because we have a lot of good examples: Here is the list of the Funds managed by Finles Capital Management: https://www.finlescapitalmanagement.nl/en/beleggingsfondsen/all-finles-funds/One of them is Hospitaller Funds SICAV ltd., with 161M+ under management as on the end of 2016. Is there any limit to enter preorder?
No, there is no such limit if you plan to buy FND with a cryptocurrency. However if you want to buy FND with Euros or dollars, the minimum amount is 20,000 Euros.
