How will I store the purchased tokens?

Our tokens are ERC20 compliant and can be stored on Ethereum wallets which support this protocol. You can store FundCoins (FND) by using Ethereum and Ethereum Compatible Wallets: https://www.MyEtherWallet.com, https://metamask.io or Mist Wallet (if you have some development/programming experience). To see the list of all compatible wallets, please refer to this link: https://tokenmarket.net/what-is/how-to-participate-ethereum-token-crowdsale

How many investments have you already made?

Information about the collected funds Soon on our website will appear soon. Now the dynamics are such that we will assemble the softcap even before the ICO starts.

What will govern the distribution process?

It's governed by Smart Contracts. You can read more in our White Paper at https://finles.capital. The FNDs will be distributed pro-rata as per paid/invested amounts at the rate of 1 FND = 1 Euro.

Today, we are happy to announce the FundCoin ICO campaign – the first ever ICO backed by investments in the private equity fund.

FundCoin is a unique private equity token linked to the blockchain industry itself rather than a single company or currency. It makes cryptocurrency investing safer through underlying investments in an asset class previously accessible only to professionals while taking advantage of the rapidly-growing blockchain sector.

Sure  Smiley
Yes we partner with ICOpromo team that has a great knowledge and experince of the blockchain technology. Icopromo team worked together with Alexander Ivanov on the Waves platform project for example. They provide necessary blockchain expertise. In regards to the VC Funds that target blockchain projects we connect to them with our wide network of partners, and we will make an announcement shortly about our partnerships.

What about direct dividends?

Now there are technical difficulties. Direct dividends should be withdrawn through exchanges, but we will be able to resolve this issue only after the release of the tokens. Therefore, so far, we have settled on a model with a buyback.

Great question! This subject is rather unclear yet. The Token has more features as a product and we position it as a product, so we have easier the listing procedures.

We specifically designed the Token not as a security to be listed at the crypto exchanges for the convenience of the token holders.

The 25% IRR of the Fund is from the past experience right -  are we able to see historical performance and track record of investments?
