Any bonuses at the start badly affect the price of the token in the future

FundCoin has very strong background, thus, the initial price is the same as during the ICO - 1 FND = 1 EUR

Quarterly, the fund will distribute profits that will be used to buy back FundTokens from the market. Reg. the first buy-back - in aproximately 3-4 months after the ICO

What is the fee structure for the fund?

The investor pays a one-off ICO administration cost of 3% of the total ICO proceeds. The fund adheres to the normal 2 and 20 fee structure that most PE firms follow.

Will these values change after the rebranding?

After the first quarter of the operation, and later every quarter, FNDs will be bought back from the investors for the amount of the income generated from the investments, approximately, several percents. At this point investors will benefit from their FundCoins. Also they will be able to sell FNDs at exchanges at any time.

The distribution would be used to buy-back tokens and bring benefits to the Token holders

What is the lifetime of the fund? When can investors expect to receive a return on their investment?

The fund has an infinite lifespan with PE investments having an average time to exit of approximately five years. Finles targets an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 25 per cent per annum calculated over a 5 years period, driven by the high growth of the blockchain sector. The Fund can do intermediaite distributions from the performace and the yields it receives.
