We are sharing revenue rather than stocks. We want startups and entrepreneurs to stay in control of their idea and giving out shares will deminish that power. Instead they will pledge revenue meaning that crowdholders will receive payment for their services and the startups will not lose their control. It is a win win for both parties.

We want to create a platform that is global and not just situated in one country. Anyone is able to sign up to Crowdholding and any startup from around the world is able to apply to be on our platform, although English is the language that is communicated mostly on the tasks for now.

Our ideology is quite socialist in some aspects, the fact that people can contribute towards a project and receive benefits for their co-creation.

We are extending our ICO to be able to achieve our target of 1 million. We are currently working out the date to extend it to, but the ICO will not be finishing in 4 days. We are also working on changing the landing page to avoid confusion.

Crowdholding is about revenue sharing for feedback, ideas, validation and solving problems. Kickstarter and Patroeon on crowdfund and raise money, there is no co-creation element involved. In time, from our roadmap we allow our Yupie holders in the future to invest using Yupies in shares of revenue of our busineses, followed by purchasing products with Yupies as a sales channel. Our end goal is to create a fully decentralized market place where the crowd runs it. Similar to Wikipedia.
