2.2 is the block reward. This is then devided between miners, masternodes and dev fund.

0.5xx is the Miner reward.
Either you're doing solo mining or you have not the right code for the Noirnodes in your pool.

Yes, the reward depends on the difficulty.
The maximum coin to be mined are not too much.
In few weeks Noir will switch from POW to POS so it will not be possible anymore to mine Noir.
Hopefully you can mine some coins before the change.

There is something strange with the payouts. Until yesterday there were frequent tiny payments. So far today 1 large came.

You can mine Noir at autoexchange mining pool Zergpool.com at 0.5% fee. Please use following commands for different mining options

Option 1 Auto coin switch by profitability within algorithm with autoexchange to specified coin wallet(BTC in example below)

I tried to launch the Noir wallet, but I was getting

. I tried to fix it and eventually gave up.
Then I installed it on Windows 7. It runs fine, but consumes few GB of RAM after like an hour of running. Is there any way to prevent this behavior?

Seems the only solution is to write a batch script restarting the wallet every hour or so.

You screwed up everything when you were scolded and managed to get a new useless coin named NIX (Nix = worthless) and changed.
NiX + Noir = landfill
