i've been very supportive of this society for a long time, a firm believer in equality!!

However if transgender-ism is a mental illness we shouldn't encourage them. Just like you wouldn't tell someone who believes he is superman to jump out a window. Mentally ill people need to be treated, that's why we have places for them. The suicide rate for transgender people is way too high to only be attributed to ''bullying''.

In our country, transgenders are too lucky because they have their part and role in our society. Most of the transgenders here excel in different field because of the support from the people around them. They are accepted and respected here. They are treated equal because I believe that they also deserve to live a normal and happy life.

Same here in our country many transgender has a degree and profesional they have a good work.and some of them are rich.their family accept for who they are.not all transgender are succesful but most of them are.they deserve to be loved and treated well.and have a normal life too

If they are keeping it to themselves, then no one will be having a problem, right? But that is not the case. Here in India, a lot many of these transgenders are part of extortion rackets. They turn up at shops and institutions and demand cash payments. If the payment is not made, then they will vandalize the property.

It has never been proven that you can convert someone into a heterosexual just like you can't convert yourself into a homosexual.

Ain't nothing wrong with being a transgender as long as you don't break any law and you contribute to the improvement of society. The only law this transgenders breaking is the religious law which is absurd. You can never please everybody especially the religious type of people.

good point. There are several transgender who contribute well in our society especially in fashion industry. One should have liberty in choosing what they want for themselves. Although most of them do it to extremes that it disrespects several religious beliefs, still they don't deserve to be treated anything lower than animals.
