This seems to be a good coin since it is the first ICO that will be hosted by NEO platform so I expect great things from it just because it is the pioneer of hosting ICO's on NEO's tech. Also, Chinese are serious about their investments, so there will probably be many people from China that will use this app to gain more information about their investments. For now I will see whether or not people would take interest in it or not, because if they were, I might invest on the ICO.

You might not, but a lot of big money usually is from accredited channels and a few known ICO's have already taken that route. You can't even get in some without actually being registered and having some minimum $$. This is positive in the sense that you will see really big established institutions, bigger investors bringing in their "fan club" etc, more trust, more interest, more dumb or smart money. Wasn't KIK in the news a few days ago planning an ICO? like red pulse for example this is kinda following more in line of a modern day IPO rather than what we have seen for past few years "Random dev ICO's". Now if these  new steps do those crazy 10-100-1000 X that's to be seen.

They moved the date of the meeting. I think China is still a thousand times change my mind and eventually will allow the ico. In any case, in the letter they send out says that they all settle down and the ico will be even if the Chinese authorities would not give in.

Now that i have time to think about it.  I believe waiting for the rules to change or buying during the IPO if I have to.  I did sign up to receive emails from red pulse and i can report there have been no updates since the postponement announcement.
