I did not know that NEO is a platform and will host ICOS. I will take a look at it. China has a lot of leverage in digital currency investments and is heavily involved in all these activities so it will be interesting to see the outcome.

Are you serieus? So much buzz on NEO lately. Do your research. It's a high potential platform just like Ethereum. Is there an official announcement of the red-pulse project? It looks very interesting project and I am interested on it.
Just subscribe on their website and follow them on Twitter. My guess; ICO Red Pulse(RPX) will be big. |

Also, Chinese are serious about their investments, so there will probably be many people from China that will use this app to gain more information about their investments. For now I will see whether or not people would take interest in it or not, because if they were, I might invest on the ICO. |
