If exchange have volume, trading altcoins are more profitable than bitcoin. Because some altcoins can do X10 but bitcoin can hit only % 5-10. But there is another disadvantage: Bitcoin’s hard changes can kill your altcoins. So; trade with altcoins with % 70 and bitcoin % 30. But always be awake because of Bitcoin

The question is about trading altcoin compared to holding btc, but your answer is about trading both. Of course trading altcoin will give bigger profit than bitcoin in short term. Basically it is not really comparable enough because trading vs holding is different. Trading = short term while holding = long term, so if we talk about which is more profitable then we can guess correctly because the price is not predictable.

I think this is key, altcoin trading can be more profitable but holding bitcoin and goid potential atcoin long term, is easier, safer and anyone can do it, the only downside is that is getting harder to get a bitcoin thanks to the high prices, so if you want to play it safe hold bitcoin but if you want to risk it then trade altcoins.

Essentially contributive bitcoin is best strategy of being straightforward revenue gainfulness since you're getting bitcoin associate degree exceedingly|in a very} low price and then exchange it over an large or high price within the market by holding in brief or long larid speculation whereas exchanging altcoin is til now identical as bitcoin creating useful by holding tokens and exchange it over a high trade esteem.
For making the right choice in between holding of the bitcoin and trading of altcoins, the first thing which you need to do is to analyze your own personal skills as well as look for your own personal interest. For those who have a habit of day trading or short-term investment of money, trading of altcoins is much better option and those who want to have huge money and that too at one time, they should really go for holding of bitcoins.

both of them are profitable. but depending on your skills and knowledge, you can choose the best strategy for you. My strategy is hodling good coins such as WPR, BTC, XRP, INS, and trade some coins which have large fluctuation range. I can get profit from them.

I have come to realize in recent time that holding bitcoin in ones wallet is more profitable and a little bit risk free as compared to trading altcoin or what do you think ?

Holding cannot compared with trading in terms of profit amount. Another issue is that risks are also not commensurate. Everyone have to set their own priorities.

Both are very profitable, but in my opinion holding BTC is more profitable in the long run, because its price is expected to rise highly after some years. Trading altcoins is also profitable especially if you have the needed skills and basical knowledge about it, keeping in mind that it is always more risky.

Both are very profitable it depends how we analyze and strategy, I once traded where I get 100% more than my capital and it is inversely proportional to what you experience.

The main aim for me is increasing my bitcoin balance.
I trade altcoins to earn more bitcoin add more bitcoin to my portfolio. and i use some extra bitcoins to trade whenever market goes to red. I buy more altcoin and sell them as soon as the market recovers.

altcoin and bitcoin are both profitable but it's a waste of how you can use it, profitable use of bitcoin and altcoin, but there are so many scammer accounts so it's a lot to fear investing.

If we know the art of trading then it is good to trade the bitcoin and altcoin too while for us the good thing is to hold bitcoin because if we hold with a mind set then the holding will provide us a good profit and if the currencies are showing growth and make some transaction in it so the trading in these are good because with this the demand also predicted and the price is also increasing due to this and if the altcoin trading we do in this year soon the altcoin prices will be unbearable and with the introducing of many new businesses in the crypto are very useful.

Obviously, the bigger coins (Bitcoin, etc.) are always good options but regarding altcoins this is one of the upcoming ICO's I'm keeping my eyes on, they will be the first arbitrage exchange that aims to usher in the masses into Crypto with their easy to use UI. Finding the altcoin that brings in the masses and buying at the early stages would be the most return IMO.

Trading altcoin will now be more profitable because of the small caps they have however they are much more riskier for that same reason. I prefer sticking closest to Bitcoin because I don't have to worry about whether a project will take off or not, Bitcoin is stable as you can get. It will be less profitable of course, but the trade off for less headache is worth it in my mind.

at least today Bitcoin can not be called stable. I think that will fluctuate very much recently, because the supply and demand on the market are constantly changing. But nevertheless, today's price is very good for investment.

Holding bitcoin would be more profitable in the current situation. Presently, the market has been down, so trading altcoins wouldn't be that profitable.

HODL altcoins of course. Bitcoin will not go far) Alts give more profit if u trade/hodl. Look at the statistics, look for the good news, watch the projects. Alt-s just do not grow. But at the moment it is possible to invest in ETH as a long-term investment

If your only interest lies in speculation, I think there is no doubt that trading with altcoins (and in fact, practically trading with any market given the great profitability of that commercial activity) is much more profitable than simply holding your bitcoin speculating with the possibility of its long-term growth.

But they are not the only options you have, because you can also invest your bitcoins in loan systems that allow you to obtain a fixed return while you keep your bitcoins.

Trading altcoin is more profitable than holding only bitcoin because you need to buy bitcoin first before buying most of the altcoins so while you trading some altcoins you holding bitcoins too, But trading altcoins are more riskier than holding bitcoins.
For example if you bought bitcoin in the value of $5000 then you used it to buy altcoins for the value of 10k sats so when bitcoin and altcoins you holded are rise upto 200% it means your profit are 400% Wink

If you have bitcoin when it is below $0.01 you're great you have a huge profit. When you have altcoin when it is cheap your best still good profit. Bitcoin is always in a  steadily going up. While alts are more ups and downs. So for me the more profitable is bitcoin. Just keep holding. No one knows what may going to happen in the future.

I can earned more money than you ever thought. In this kind of business, you need to be wiser than everyone the get a lot of money. Because in this period of time, money is everything, you cannot live in cities without spending just a little bit of money. Both methods are good to make profits as holding bitcoin is always profitable as price keeps on increasing so once it reaches to your target price you can sell and collect the profit
