I am always checking the slack room as I am also an investor in ROCKETICO. I really do believe in what they are trying to achieve here and it is a serious business, not like fresh air vapor selling ICOS. This is the real deal in my books so am hoping this will really take off like a rocket once it all launches.

Probably, a few coins will be required. It's logical - to prevent potential spam.

Actually, in some countries the regulation has already come. Almost nothing changed in the world of crypto. ICOs and crypto are doing well. However, ICOs don’t collect so much funds as it was in summer.

In summer it was overhyped. Everyone was investing in almost every ICO. Whales and funds always analyze their investment decisions. People with average donation of 1-5 ETH average donation were mislead by marketing or hyped projects. They didn’t analyze anything and lost much money in scams.

ICOs are still a good option for startups to raise funds. But the system needs to be improved. I saw much projects that raised $10+ mln and still haven’t deployed any MVP. Where did the money go?

Nobody knows The idea of limits or rounds for ICOs is quite viable. I know some startups that managed to deploy MVP with even $50-200K raised. Include that this sum was also spend on marketing, administration, etc.

that’s the point I’ve tried to explain. startups don’t need millions to run the company. Sometimes the small sum is enough to start.

Maybe make strict rules for carrying an ICO. For example, a startup has an idea, team, whitepaper, and business plan. They claim that they need $5 mln now. But do they really? Maybe they need $500K for the start, and then to collect $1 mln every year to grow their company. In long-term run if the company booms the market, it can even be a gem with $0.5-1.5 mln total  investment in 1 year. And if it fails, the lost sum isn’t quite big, not $10-30 mln as it now.

seems legit. and will investors be interested in such a long-term project? I think only whales or funds. Average contributor won’t hold their 1-5 ETH in tokens for 1-2 years.

How is it going so far? I know that there is a lot of good promotion going on by the ROCKET TEAM, especially on YOUTUBE. Even though with Bitcoin prices mooning, many people are still investing in good ICOS and I believe ROCKET ICO is one of those projects that is under the radar and will be a good investment as they will burn all unsold tokens.
