I just tried to visit PrimeDice.com but was redirected to a twitter page. On that twitter page I saw that the jackpot is still being advertised as "roll 77.77 and ALWAYS receive 10x your bet!" (emphasis not mine).  But if I bet 1 BTC at 20% and roll 77.77 what do I receive? I receive 9 BTC, for a profit of 8 BTC. 10x my bet would be 10 BTC. Not 8 or 9. So in what sense am I receiving 10x my bet? You receive 10x your bet. Meaning 9x your bet profit on top of whatever bet you made. So on a 2x multiplier you either profit 10x your bet or 8x your bet. Hope this makes sense.
I don't think it does. In the example I gave (1 BTC at 20%) my bet profit is negative: -1 BTC. 9x my bet profit would be -9 BTC. And how can "You receive 10x your bet" mean "9x your bet profit"? The ad on twitter is misleading at best. That is old img and old post doog. |

Is the site still down??? I am stuck on loading screen  Quote from Twitter: "We're offline for a duration whilst we get everything perfect again. Stay tuned and sorry for any inconveniences! " While the primedice.com adress still forwards to the twitter page, the adress ending with /play still gives access to the site at the moment. For me in chrome the chat window keeps losing connection, but rolling works fine though. |

I don't spend much time on PrimeDice and limit my activity on the forum to a few threads pretty much. I can understand Stunna needing to be careful about who he has moderating his chat, because it can look to an outsider like the mods in some way represent the site. Maybe that leads to him erring on the side of caution sometimes, but like I say it's not something I pay any attention to. |

Dont know, I have been starring at that dice for days. I think I was able to play a little yesterday, but it felt like ages where I couldnt reach the site. Sometimes the connection broke in the middle of a roll which made it even worse. |

Dont know, I have been starring at that dice for days. I think I was able to play a little yesterday, but it felt like ages where I couldnt reach the site. Sometimes the connection broke in the middle of a roll which made it even worse. From my experience, when it disconnects in the middle of a roll (this has happened to me at least 10 times), that roll doesn't usually count... |
