I think it is the same as the one on Stake. It is a part of the VIP club promotion where players get some bonuses such as weekly and monthly bonus. Bonus which is given based on user's account level and wagering activity during the last 7 and 30 days. I'm not active at Primedice but I'm active at Stake. Stake usually send the monthly bonus in the middle of the month but it can be early or a bit late, so there is no fixed date about the release of the bonus. Since Primedice and Stake are owned by the same team, so I do believe the monthly bonus is the same or at least similar in terms of the calculation as well as the time of releasement.

Higher VIP ranked user got coupon link in email. There is no fixed date for the monthly bonus as you said, but they don't send the bouns together at both site. While the monthly bonus period finish at a site they send it to other after few days gap. The difference is that, stake gives weekly bonus and PD gives Fortnightly bonus to their VIP user.

plats have a special treatment compare to other vip ranks because they got a one claim bonus instead of claiming per day in the next five day which is too tiring and less fun because of the cut amounts  .this is why plats are hard to reach for a normal/poor user because it need a lot of waggering  .

 the idea of not having a fix date is exciting  and maybe they do it because they dont want players to depend on the bonus but the players are going to wagger for more thinking that they can get more bonus when the time it has arrived

As further as I know you can use any bot which is not out of their terms and there is almost no chance to be banned for being banned for using bot. But keep in mind, do not use multi account for taking any promotional bonus.

Haha that's sound harsh but i just telling few sites still accept bet like that. Some sites even limit their mininum bet 0.5 or even 1 DOGE. 0.00000001 DOGE might be sound worthless, but it's very useful if you try some crazy strategies with big increase on lose when your bet lose (use automatic bet for faster result).
