I have been playing at primedice very regularly for the past few months. I'm shocked that they seem completely unwilling to help considering an error on their site almost certainly made me lose all my btc.

It didn't almost certainly cause you to lose it, but that's what your blaming the loss on. You could've just as easily have won, but you didn't. That's the gamble. He's not just going to give money back to everybody who is sore and complains after a loss.

Primedice website says how important the client seed is in determining the outcome of rolls so I would be crazy to just 'cut my loses and move on' because this very important seed was changed by primedice during my betting.


If anything, this kind of complaint will give primedice encouragement to fix the errors and make the game as fair as possible.

I don't think it would be ok to ask for refund after 1 bet , but that would have just a little bit of sense, just small bit. But why not after 12 ? Well why not after 100-1000 bets ? I don't think it would be ok to ask for refund after 1 bet , but that would have just a little bit of sense, just small bit. But why not after 12 ? Well why not after 100-1000 bets ? I've seen him refund people before due to "glitches" when he wasn't 100% sure whether it was down to a bug or just a scammer etc, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. He can't just refund people after every complaint or everyone would do it. And Stunna isn't going to reply to the same old story repeatedly, is he? You're probably best trying to get this sorted over PM instead of dragging it out here, but I doubt he'll change his mind.

12 bets is huge , everything changed for 12 bets the same as if that was 1000 bets.

U did not answer me. If u did not know that seed changed, and if u was thinking that error did not affect anything WHY DID U NOT DONE ALL IN ? U changed bet coz of that, and lost after 12 bets.  

Because the error disrupted my thought process thats why, and the bet/bet amount had been reset. I was betting only <80 then everything just stopped and I had to out my thoughts towards getting around this error.

U was aware of error, u changed ur bet coz of it, u decided to continue to bet, u had to be aware of 20% chance to lose. That error had nothing to do with it.
U bet all or ur btc, on 80% chance , NOT ON 100% , u caused ur self to lose all ur btc NOT THAT ERROR. That is simply the fact. And u better ask for help from professionals about ur gambling issue , not here.
