I do not think this is the case, and I will not greatly believe any study because I consider that the absence of accurate data will not lead to credible results. The term big is relative and unless you define a parameter, the term has not significance. If you talk in terms of number of bets, then the casinos running older than primedice are bigger than it. If you talk about bankroll, then not everyone has a publicly declared bankroll so hard to comment.

I dont think there is a ranking anywhere but among popularity back in 2014-2017 era, before their sister site stake was made the center of attraction, primedice was very popular.

I assume that PD will still be loved by its loyal users as there are still many who play dice there, although there may also be some who switch to Stake, there's nothing that can be done but it seems PD is quite happy with their current users so there isn't much marketing done by them.
