You are just lucky to hit it early but I think that challenge was difficult because 150x multiplier is already high. The usual way of hitting it is that you will also need to spin 150 times and if we calculate it, that will be $0.03 bet x 150 = 4.5 dollars but if you get a little unlucky then you might need to spin more than 150 times so a higher capital is also required.

Before you proceed you need to estimate if how many players can achieve the challenge and if how much profit you can get, to see if it will still be worth it to continue or not. That's why I always set a stop when the profit reaches a certain point
At least it helps me if the first 150 rounds don't hit the target then in the next 150 rounds I have to hit 2 hits on target.
And regarding the issue of capital, to be honest if the goal is to achieve the challenge from Primedice I always use the bonus from Primedice itself, because I realize the reward that I will get then it doesn't seem efficient to make a deposit if it's only to achieve the challenge target
