This is what I saw when I went to make an account on PD3:

If you have a Primedice2 account with balance you need to withdraw you can access it at www.old.primedice.com. Cookies have been reset as the domain has been changed, so if you don't have your user ID/password on hand, email support@primedice.com

old.primedice.com will be up soon, fixing DNS issues
