These deposits are not sent to a Primedice deposit address.

I explained to mod that my deposit address was different when i deposited these btc, i kept getting the deposit error after spam clicking it i got the address and thats where i sent the money after that i never received it and next day i had different deposit address and never received the balance

Please don't tell me that you have installed a bitcoin price ticker. If that's the case, you most likely have sent the BTC to someone else.
The price ticker changes original BTC addresses on web pages to their addresses.

The issue has since been fixed and we've set up a safeguard to prevent similar abuse from happening in the future, I will once again stress that no users were negatively impacted by this, only our team was.

It can't happen. Bitcoind can't just lose a wallet like that.

I see there are only three possibilitys.

1. he sent coins to wrong addy
2. he had malware that changed addy (like mentioned above)
3. he is trying to scam pd for a "refund"
