yes, it's not as much as the owners of powerful rig
But on the other hand it is quite a lot. Especially when compared with other more popular coins.

You can also try different versions of the drivers. The latter are not the best can be. Only today I spent half a day experimenting on my video card Yeston RX 460. Tried to change the bios from 560 (but only more energy consumption and not all of the bios worked). Different versions of the drivers. As a result, I left its native bios with unlocked shaders I returned back original bios. And the driver version Crimson-ReLive-16.12.1
Its give me 327H/s in Claymor 11.2 or 320-324H/s in Claymor 9.6 without freezing and lagging

wth Crimson-ReLive-17.11.1 only 250 H/s...

yes when your pool finds a block it will show then you have to wait for block to mature to get reward
