40% of the tokens will be issued as part of the pre-ICO and 1st ICO. Whether all tokens are bought or not, this entire 40% will be issued. So pre-ICO holders get additional tokens if the 1st ICO (and/or pre-ICO) does not completely sell out. Both the pre-ICO holders and 1st ICO holders get additional tokens should this happen.

So technically, those already invested should have a benefit of the pre-ICO and 1st ICO being negatively affected by China bans on ICOs scaring away Chinese investors. Their stake increases without extra funds required.  In general terms, it could be better if Bankera does sell the entire batch of tokens. More sold = more capital to carry out the business plan and make it a success.

I think it is now very difficult to reach the target in ICO sales

I´ve read that Chineses can´t participate in the ICO´s inside China, but stil cann buy coins ( BTC, XEM , ETC ) and participate in other ICOs outside of the country, like Dimcoin, Bankera, etc..

It can be very good for the ICOs ongoing. Can atract a high demand from China.

At SpectroCoin you only have to verify if you want to deposit or withdraw fiat (Euros, Dollars...).

ok guys so i just bought bankera tokens on their exchange platform.
It was as easy as it can get. I didn't want to buy after all this mayhem so I only put 0.2ETH (70 $) and got 6k BNK in case it gets *100 I do not want to miss that out.
My plan is to forget about it until 2018-19 when they will have a banking license. Anyone knows when will they list it , maybe november ?

Quoting their website:

Each holder of Banker (BNK) tokens will be entitled to a referral commission, paid weekly; this will be constituted of 20% of Bankera and SpectroCoin net transaction revenue. This will be implemented by taking 20% of Bankera's and SpectroCoin's net revenues and sending them to the smart contract. For example, if net revenues of Bankera for a week are 10,000,000 EUR, 2,000,000 EUR as referral commission will be sent to the smart contract.

So there's no need to get referrals.

The advantage of buying them now is that you'll get them at 1 cent each
