From what I see on their site and the whitepaper I have just one question.

Will they be able to obtain a 'bank license' by the mid 2018?

'The key milestone to be achieved after the ICO is to upgrade the electronic

Is there any precedent or a remote likeliness for that to happen ??

My concern is while all cryptos are dropping this icos price remains the same :0.016 per token. In reality this price is dropping acording with the whole market so after the token is listed on an exchange platform maybe the price will drop ??

Can anyone answer ?

Many ICOs are priced statically against ETH or BTC. If you buy now, since the crypto's prices are dropping, you'll get a better deal.

This is just the pre-ICO. The ICO awaits and we have no way to know how the market will change by that time. It's possible the ETH and BTC prices go up. In fact that's where all the predictions are headed.

40% of the tokens will be issued as part of the pre-ICO and 1st ICO. Whether all tokens are bought or not, this entire 40% will be issued. So pre-ICO holders get additional tokens if the 1st ICO (and/or pre-ICO) does not completely sell out. Both the pre-ICO holders and 1st ICO holders get additional tokens should this happen.

So technically, those already invested should have a benefit of the pre-ICO and 1st ICO being negatively affected by China bans on ICOs scaring away Chinese investors. Their stake increases without extra funds required.  In general terms, it could be better if Bankera does sell the entire batch of tokens. More sold = more capital to carry out the business plan and make it a success.

You're the only one who didn't get their ETH credited. Everyone else is getting their deposits credited instantly, have a look at the last page of this thread. If you post the ticket ID they will be able to help you.

I did that already. I sent a pm to the Bankera acc on bitcointalk cuz he contacted me. Got no answer.

I found some links to pictures with a Bankera calculation. As with TenX PAY tokens, the issue price already seems 'priced to perfection'.

I think it is now very difficult to reach the target in ICO sales
with the issue of prohibition by the Chinese state now
see now market lethargy all prices dump because of the news
hopefully in just a few days the market will improve and crowdsale sales more and more
