This seems a very solid project. But there seems to be an issue which is deal breaker. From what i understand the main selling point of the token, the benefit (besides the use for the services at a discount rate which is not stated what this discount will be) is the 20% distribution from the net transaction fees generated. But this distribution is at the discretion of the company! This is stated in the second page of the white paper.
So please someone correct me if i am wrong, the deal here is for people to give their money to the company but they have no legal rights! They get back nothing in reality! If after the ico or when the net transaction fees become significant, company may come and say we only give 10% or nothing! Is this the reality or am i missing something here?
Hasnt anyone considered this??? How are my interests as investor protected?

Nearly 50 million ICO tokens were sold today and the 70M € ICO capital barrier was broken. The number of new contributors are on the rise again - 928 today vs wednesday's low of 620 - almost a 50% growth. BNK is still pretty far from the projected blue trendline (2,55B vs 2,73B), though. At current rate, a little over 50% of ICO tokens will be sold by the end of february.

There are no guarantees in life, only opportunities. It's up to you to decide which ones to take and which ones to pass. People thought I was nuts when I decided to get into bitcoin 6 years ago. The herd will always choose wrong, that's how the minority gets rich. If BNK doesn't make sense to you, move on.

It is unfortunate to what this space has come to. The greedy of people blinds them and to be honest  although unfortunate people will lose their money and should have no one to blame for other than themselves.

We are waiting for your official statement about this. Otherwise, all of us must report that BANKERA is operating by a SCAMMER and it is a scam project.

I read through that entire thread and my conclusion is that it's nothing more than unsubstantiated crap posted by some TOS violators, who got their accounts locked for some sketchy activities.

edit: digging deeper, turns out the guy claiming spectrocoin stole 100 bitcoins from him comes from ... wait for it ... Nigeria, the scam nation.

Buying a crypto currency almost never entails sharing of revenue, dividends, equity, voting rights, membership, etc.

Only few coins, e.g. NEO which gives GAS, hold such attributes.
