I dont think this is the best move because many people die because of this campaign about drugs. We can say that, a best decision will benefit all and maintain the equality of all the citizens. But in this campaign, some innocents die and other people are killing each other just to protect themselves from being tokhang. In this case, there are many mistakes on the decision but i think president duterte is just prioritizing the security and safeness of the majority innocent citizens.

At the start of Pres. Durterte's campaign against drugs, I have the same sentiments as you. Though there are 'lapses', it's for the greater good of the country and the citizens in the long run if this continue to succeed.

I really like his idea about the fight against drugs, but the number of deaths is too high and the fight is calculated only within one country. I would suggest that the treatment of drug addicts be more accessible and that drugs be completely destroyed.

6000 or more died !! yes it is true!!
but do you know that almost 10,000 died a year before him ?? and in that 10,000 dead body most of them are victims of rape of robbery kidnap..
and who killed them ? most of that 6,000 people that  are pushers ? users ? rapist ? did you know that theres a lot of vigilante ?

Yeah for me its a good idea for Pres. Duterte to implement the war on drugs but it has a down side too. Likely here in manila where the drug den is many. But it scares me the most when you are being disputed to be one of the drug pushers youll be put down by a cop or vigilante people without being investigated or questioned.

I think the war on drugs is an extreme operation done by the President, however I also think that it is a neccessary one. With the war on drugs, there has been a feeling of security and a feeling that the police have been doing their job. Yes, I also condone the killings and also would want an investigation to be implemented however, I also think that the war on drugs has been doing its job on curbing the disaster that the Philippines has been and making it a better place

In my opinion its the best thing to do now, other past presidents in the Philippines can never do what Pres. DU30 have achieve, not only that he have eliminated majority of big syndicates, he have also raised awareness to people that even the (some) good politicians have dark-sides too. Not to mention that he is not afraid to die at any time as long as he believe what he is doing is for the betterment of the economy of the Philippines. Though he have miscalculated that there would be lots of extra judicial killings and some syndicates are using the EJK to eliminate their enemies and protect themselves, i still believe that if he and his program be a success, then the future of Philippines is safe and the economy will raise even more. I believe that he can give us a Country with no corrupt officials.

War on drugs is what needed in the Philippines. War on drugs aims is to lessen or even loss all the drug users in the Philippines. Now, many drug users is sent to rehabilitation center to be cure. Some drug users had been killed by the police because of fighting against the authority. What Filipino's don't like in the war on drugs is so many people had been killed, almost 6000 people died. Duterte is doing good in leading the Philippines.

What Duterte doing is supposed to  be doing in other countries as well, in my opinions he is doing the right things nevertheless his way doing it. yes i know some innocent were killed and added to victims .. but most of that are addicts and pusher and we do know that ...
whats the prooblem here is also the mainstream.. they just report what they want and not all .. ofcorse theres not much times .. but they are being selective too...

i want to walk on the street with pushers and users dead body on the street  than some minors and good citizen undress raped and dead ...

evenn on just the street .. all of the sidewalks that occupy by vendors .. they must nnot be there right ?? because its a pathwalk .. though the legallity in that is they must  get they away there and stop them from doing business ..

bad side : those vendors now have no business / job

This crakcdown as resulted in the surrender of thousands of drug pushers and users all over the country. Though the president seems to have compromised the power he's given to the police in this war. He's backing the police up every statement and it makes the abusive cops reason to do more abusive acts. In certain countries, the only option left is the "hard" approach. Here, Duterte didn't had any other option. The "soft" approach had failed multiple times in the past. And this new approach has been hugely successful so far.

According to daily news about families suffering a loss of their child, people being arrested, students dying on the street publicly, some of them are definitely innocent, it makes me think it's too cruel. Though I support the war against drugs as it is an important world wide topic for our society.

Just last week were a student was killed by the policemen while doing their operation in accordance with the war on drugs.  I feel sorry for the child as well for the family that this happened to them.  I do not know why at that time he was still outside their house.  Is their no curfew in their area?  Anyways the policemen who killed the minor were already dismissed with their service and a case was filed already against them.

Anyways, I still support the campaign of the president against his war on drugs.

Its the best move against drugs. They wont win if they stick to talking, planning blah blah so action is what is needed. Those dead drug pusher and lords have been warned, its their fault for continuing so they died. Its sad for those that died because of this war but in order to protect more civilian and the future generation, this is necessary.
I just hope opposition against Duterte are not playing dirty by paying some police to kill innocent then blaming it to the president.

One cannot deny that when things like this happen, their are always what we call the casualty of war, and thats exactly whats happening and mind you that drugs has caused more death than the deaths we are seeing in Duterte war on drugs, He even said that some Police officers were taking advantage of the situation, this am sure is the death of uniform officers in the hands of the Drug Cartels there.
