Which pool are you on?  I don't believe cgminer settings can help you with orphans.

As usual for P2Pool, just Point your miners on the above adress using your Wallett Adress as Username and a random passwort

Why don't you use your wallet address as your username?

You don't need to Put your whole Networks.py here, But only the part you modified for digitalcoin. By the way, there should be 2 different Networks.py that you modified. If this isn't the case that will definetly be the problem.
