Bitcoin is secured to the extent you the holder make it to be, you can expert bitcoin to play your own role in securing you personal details such as wallet key and the rest of the e.g email. And again bitcoin is secure because there Has never been any case of hacking in the bitcoin network and again bitcoin is the most secured cryptocurrency and at the same time the mast popular crypto.

Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers
Bitcoin is so secure I think because it is a digital money your are not hold a big amount of cash the transactions are all high technology

Yes, because no one can steal the bitcoin account that you have, you are the only one wko know the password and you are the one who create your bitcoin account, it is secure because the money that you earn will go to your wallet not in the other wallet.

9 years back Bitcoin was launched, it is very much visible that Bitcoin is secure in investor’s hands. Miners are doing their part of the job well, but not letting any transaction getting suspicious.

Technically in the term of network or its working I think Bitcoin is secure, there are a huge hash behind bitcoin and lots of nodes that verify transaction.  Any fake transactions are expelled in the system.  The only problem are the exchanges and third party security, the owners system security.  Hacks from exchanges and personal wallet are due to the persons error.  This does not reflect on the network security of Bitcoin.

Even through my experience I have never experience anything negative about it. Never had any issue about transection failure or something like. As it is a digital currency so, a lot of people tried to hack, cheat or even bots that get bitcoins fast. but this changed the idea of being safe. it is safe if you are talking about the wallet and the savings that you have, if and only if you make sure that it is secured and you don't share it to other people, however this form of security is controlled by you, so if you are good at keeping your private information. we can say that you are safe in bitcoin community.

Your security in holding your bitcoin depends on your own risk or on the way you handle it. Basically, bitcoin must be really secure since it involves not just money but currency which for me is a very crucial thing for us.

bitcoin is already counting years and i think as long as you are careful with your wallets then your account is secure. never tell someone your private key or place where it can be easily noticed. use wallet that are commonly used by most of the users like myetherwallet. the security of your bitcoin depends on you

Bitcoin is safe and completely safe. If it is not safe, why many people invest their money in something that does not exist just like that. If there is a country that actually forbids Bitcoin, certainly Bitcoin holders in the country will protest, besides bitcoin also not always used for evil needs. Bitcoin it's not bad, People which can be bad. Doesn't mean that the gun used to kill people is forbidden to be used by the police. Correct?

The blockchain technology assumes that the information on the network is stored not on one computer but on the mass of computers participating in the formation of the network. You can hack one computer and change the data there, but it will not give anything. data is stored on thousands of computers. The ability to hack at the same time thousands of computers at the moment there is no one.

Yes bitcoin is really secured because of the duration of the bitcoin operation is their security system is very big because it holds its money not just as long as it is invested in it so if you have bitcoin you need to be careful of our account of not robbers of this thieves especially now many online hackers are showing up and the're also very good at steal online just getting secured by our bitcoin accounts its better not to open an account with a public connection because it begins the robbery online

if in my opinion it is safe enough to invest in bitcoin. but we have to be smart to keep and secure our own asset assets.
as
1. provide additional security on our wallet .
2. Jang keep the assets we have in one place (wallet)
3. do not arbitrarily install an application that is not clear where it came from.
4. often clean the hp that we have from dangerous virus .
5. Use a clear wallet source and how the system.

If you can keep an account that you have then I am very confident that your account will be safe. Never store username, password, email or seed in any place. Because it can make a person take advantage of your negligence. And if the government forbids bitcoin I think you can still use bitcoin, you can try various network access such as VPN to still be able to access bitcoin. Many overseas services that provide services to send money directly to your BANK account in your country.

I think, bitcoin is rather secure.  But you should  put it in a safe place and don't tell  your password to anyone. you should put your private key or password on a safe place. Besides, you can use more than one wallet like online and offline wallet.

I agree with you, the security of your Bitcoin is depends on how you manage to keep your privacy against to people around you. You should keep your private key and the password of your wallet; never let others know about it.

I believe part of working on bitcoins is a risk. Asking if bitcoin is really secured, well for me what should be secured is your every account where you transact some tradings. You are free to add some security such as 2FA using google authenticator.

I think Bitcoin is highly secure since it uses and based on the blockchain technology. The transaction is untraceable and it always new for every transaction making the previous transaction chained. No one can hack bitcoin but also no one controls it too.
