Bitcoin is secure if you do protect your private key well, the private key will decide your BTC wallet is safe or not, losing it = dead.
That's why i'm not suggesting people on using online website wallet.

It is like they don't care for their customers when they continue to do actions like this. Adopting Segwit surely can't be that hard I did everything by myself and it took a matter of minutes I am sure a multi million dollar company could take care of it quickly!

To me, bitcoin depends on yourself
If you can secure your wallet and personal keys, it's very safe for me because bitcoin is so easy to profit more and safer in all forms, both investment and transactions are very easy to use.
Currently, I just want to have a decentralized exchange, we do not need to use centralized exchange if we want Bitcoin avoid the management of the government and want Bitcoin to become a real safe system.
Recently, some countries started to tax the cryptocurrency, example Japan, that tax up to 50% total profit of a trader in a year Lips sealed

If you're worried about someone hacking your wallet, the underlying cryptography for Bitcoin has been studied in detail, and is believed by experts to be secure. Assuming that you choose a strong password for your wallet, your Bitcoins should be safe from theft.

I hope Bitcoin is secure. Any fake transactions are expelled in the system. The only problem are the exchanges and third party security, the owners system security...

Bitcoin is safe in the sense that no one will never know your account and how much do you. You have your own access on your account and also you have the power whether you will wait for it to appraise its value or not. It is secure also because unlike physical money, you are not prone to thief that awatiting for their victim. You should be more concious to monitor your account if its value gets high or low.

Hello pals,
Recently I introduced Bitcoin and cryptocurrency to my friends and family, they liked the concept but they asked me a question that I wasn't able to answer. Is Bitcoin really secure? What if a hacker was able to hack Bitcoin system/blockchain?Who manages Bitcoin security and what are the security measures taken to avoid hackers being able to steal Bitcoins? Why Bitcoin is not blocked for those who use it illegally by buying/selling in the deepweb market? What if governements ban Bitcoin because of these people?
I really appreciate if you  guys give me some answers

if we ask about internet security. I think all the software or things related to the internet can all be hacked.
depending on one's intelligence level.
but I think bitcoin will keep their system from various things that concerns about security.
I think they have set up or how to solve if there is a hacker attack or something like that.

The Bitcoin system itself is secured. User's negligence is another thing. The mere fact that we disclosed some of our personal information in BTC wallet and it remain safe is an evident fact, well there is always a risk but who wants to enjoy the game, feel the thrill without moving himself/herself in the safe zone?
