Token sale is almost over. Then auditing will take place before tokens are issued. Do investers get a confirmation email when this is done or does Dragon post this announcement in this bitcointalk treat?

We will make announcements here, on our telegram, and website.

Hi, im curios about the following:

"Ethereum Payment Instructions

If you’re using ETH to purchase, you will need to first move your ETH to your MEW wallet address and then send your ETH to us from that MEW wallet address."

Ist there a reason why i have to use an online service to participate the sale? The official ether wallet should work aswell, shouldnt it?
I hate having private keys shared online, even if it is an open source project like MEW.

Can you enlighten me?

Is this project currently connected to Disney? Are there plans for it to be accepted by Disney-related businesses?

can someone please help me with the adress and decimals to add this token in MEW?

And am I right that getting this token sent to MEW even before adding it in custom tokens doesn't mean I loose it, right?

As long as your Receiving address is ERC20 compatible you are fine. Remember, never send from an exchange! (coinbase, gemini, bittrex, etc)

what currency will be accepted?

We accept BTC and ETH

The long and short of it is that DC was developed at Disney as Disneys private blockchain. Disney open sourced the project and the DragonChain Foundation was formed to maintian and further develop the project.

Have a read through this: https://dragonchain.com/faq/#what-is-the-relationship-or-association-between-disney-and-dragonchain

As far as whether Disney businesses will utilize this I can't say. I can't speculate on what Disney may or may not do in the future.

can someone please help me with the adress and decimals to add this token in MEW?

We will release info on adding the custom token prior to release of the Dragons.

We can't make any comment on what exchanges or when DRGNs will be listed at this time.

DRGNs will be listed on exchanges, but as I said, I can't make any comment about which or when at this point.

This seem to be just another ICO with an overhyped development team. Lots of people seem to be getting in here "because Walt Disney's ICO", where if you look at the matter closely it's really just an ex-Disney employee who decided to do his coin. I'll give it a pass.

A distributed system attempts to access an API data source, but since the nodes need not execute the instructions simultaneously, the data provided by the API can yield different results. Hence you need to build some kind of time to API value lookup table; formally called oracle.

This is only partially true because Dragonchain was originally developed at Disney's Seattle office between 2015 and 2016 under the name "Disney Private Blockchain Platform". So it was really a Disney project and many other ICOs do not even have this proof of reliability.

Dragonchain, the blockchain platform originally developed at Disney, has raised over $13 million in its initial coin offering (ICO).
I invested in the last hour and I am also happy that the cap collected is enough but not huge so it can rise a lot! Grin

Damn I was hoping this would fly under the radar and end up with under $5m market cap.  It looked to be heading in that direction when I threw in a couple weeks ago.  At $13m though I'm thinking it will be cheaper on ED.  Hope I'm wrong...
