Good question.
It is complicated since there will be a few different Services the "KORE Servicenodes" will perform that people can opt in or out of.
Minimal could be as low as 20 coins. Max might be 500. The lower the Services a node supplies/cost of the node the less the payout.
Sorry I cant get into the various services they will provide yet...
That is the best answer I can give you at this time.

I have updated the Peers file / Ran Admin mode. still not working.

If you have the latest peers.dat file then you should be good to go.  Please remember on your 1st sync in can take a LONG time depending on your system resources and the network.  Give it some time to sync.  You should see the message at the bottom right of the wallet that it is synching.  Please mouse over and make sure.  Also, check your transaction on the block explorer and see that it was processed through.  https://koreexplorer.com/

1 (optional step) Download blockchain data from this link unzip it and place it on AppData\Roaming\KoreCoin> https://ufile.io/et9b6

2 Download peers.dat from Discord KORE Support thread and place it on AppData\Roaming\KoreCoin if you have not done the step above

3 Create KoreCoin.conf file and paste this

Its always good to back up your wallet as good as possible and sync first before sending coins, but you should be fine if you sending without being connected to the network.
