Agreed. Perhaps because of the buyback policy. Could it be they want to buy back at low prices. That means more coins for devs at small prices.

The price is just dictated by the Market. Devs got nothing to do with it.
They can only dictate the price if they own like 10-50 percent of the supply.

Here is the Top 10 Holders or SCL and they are the one that can control the Price of SCL. If they dump then price will defnitely go down. IF hey HODL it will go UP
They are not showing any movement. The price is just dictated by the BTC FOrk. Most are selling alt coins for BTC coz they want the FREE Airdrop

Anyone can make a coin with the same ticker code. For example, I could quickly do up a token contract with the ticker of "ETH" if I really wanted to.
The difference is that our SCL is verified and we have reserved that ticker code. If anyone else wanted to verify their token with Etherscan with the ticker of "SCL" it would get rejected since it already exists.

Do we have to worry about CoinExchange.io? They are having this ERROR Code 20 and my SCL Coins are mostly there.

Last week they have this error and was fixed after a few hours. It is happening again right now


The Error code 20 is a timeout connection error, which indicates that Incapsula was not able to connect to the origin server. As a result the user will see an Error code 20.
This problem may happen due to these reasons:
The Incapsula IPs are not whitelisted on the origin server or firewall, as a result that a server or firewall may block or perform a rate limiting on the Incapsula IPs. Please read this article for more information.
The server is malfunctioning and dropping requests.
The origin server is taking too long to respond to the request.
There’s a local issue with an upstream provider.
There are network issues between Incapsula and the origin server. You may monitor the Incapsula network here.
