Need to look at where the companies are in as well. Some countries are completely unregulated and just asking to have a scam ico appear.

Check out Assetron Energy - we are based in Australia- registered and regulated by ASIC.

Probably 1000s. Would also expect to see some well-defined regulation of the markets globally as well.

I think the number of ICOs will increase .There is going to be a decentralized platform for ICO ( dICO ) by KOMODO. The first dICO - Monaize will be using it this Nov 10. I believe a lot more projects will utilize dICO platforms as well in 2018. Of course some projects will still go through centralized platform like Ethereum and Ethereum Classic. Boscoin and Aeternity are aiming to be platform coin as well. So expect projects to run on their platforms as well. Finally I foresee an increase in airdrop projects as well.

Waves is one of the best places to set up an ico as well, no need for complex erc20 tokens that may have dodgy code in them.

still so likely that ico 2018 will flourish. even the development of ico in 2016 to 2017 can be said so fast. Today, various companies make their own coins by utilizing this ICO. well, hopefully in the introduction of a good ico in 2018.

Over time, investors will become more cautious, I predict that in 2018 projects created for the purpose of appropriating assets of investors will reduce or no longer exist. 2018 will be a boom year for ICO projects and I think investors will pay close attention to potentially large ICO projects hiding somewhere in this vast cryptocurrecy world. The market is expanding and everyone is paying attention to it, this is the best time to invest

Easy to use system, fast transactions, lower fees, less contention on network, one click token creation, built in Dex -which lets you trade tokens instantly.

What's not to love?

Any idea how many new ICO's will be launched in 2018.What will be the future of new projects.
As we can see in 2017 It's like a bubble everyday new ICO's with few pages whitepaper, just a business plan no founder details,no physical address.

Yes exactly I completely agree with you now more and more regulated ico are coming some are even registered with particular country government it’s really good move. I have witnessed lots of ico has raised fund only because of white paper and  website.

Very difficult to make forecast in this field. They have been almost outlawed in countries like USA and China and Russia is soon to follow. So they may as well disappear in the form we know them now.

Since investing in the ICO has become quite risky, and in relation to the crypto currency, States have begun to increasingly regulate, this regulation will affect the conduct of the ICO. Therefore, I think next year to participate in the campaigns for the initial release of coins will become more secure.

I think the reason why we have so much ico nowadays is very simple, it is a new hyped way to fined money to projects. And every days projects which is didn't connect with crypto start their ico.  But i still believe it is a good way to fundraising if your team is good programmers, who know what they do and project connect with crypto

I hope there will appear some kind of regulation at ICO market. It should reduce their amount and increase the quality. We can see the quality increasing of some projects even today, but it's not enough due to their tremendous quantity.

Slightly off-topic, but I'd love to be part of an ICO team.

I have 15 years experience in PR and as a Lobbyist. Think I have a lot to add, just not on the technical side of things. I know enough to determine what's a good idea, what isn't and what's likely to work. With many projects, I see a massive opportunity in terms of mass adoption and have a few ideas. The issue with a lot of teams is that they either don't have a PR person or the PR person has experience of crypto, not the wider world.

Do you have a link to your credentials? Our company uses an outside PR firm but I would be willing to check out your credentials to see what you have to offer.
