Honestly, I do not know about the good icos right now. The new projects this 2018 is good but there are some initial coin offerings that has same concept. I hope you find a good project. Thats why other projects that has the same idea of coin or token is not succeeding. I can only give you some little advice. Other initial coin offering has a unique strategy and concept that allow their project to be succesful. Always read the testimony of other people. But when you want I recommend forty seven bank and byte ball icos I thinks thats good ico this years. Read the whitepaper. And its not over now you can join when you sure about it. Know the developers.

I think just like the past few year. There’s nothing special in ICO every year. If they wash out all the Fake ico i would say YES! The change is coming and clean all the junks here.

Every coin on the market decreased dramatically However, one project managed to evade the downward spiral completely. Loomia cancelled their ICO and have opened a private sale, which is scheduled to continue until their token distribution which is scheduled for May 2018. |

I think we should just wait for regulation from the side of government. And, to my opinion, the best piece of advice will be to HODL another coins for a new pump. I guess, it will in June/July.

I do not know how many ICO projects will be launched so from that I see if the year 2018 became the best ICO and no more scam ICO, and indeed before we follow the ICO project we better see the white paper and see the project, Tim who runs the project otherwise you will be exposed to a Scam project |

Actually ICO's in 2017 has many, now they are focus on executing their plans. in 2018, peoples learned that investing on ICO will not instantly getting ROI or even could be scam. so now they will choose ICO's carefully , not like in 2017. |
