many of the ICO was bad and failed this year. When compared to last year there is indeed the comparison far enough where it results from the ICO does not comply with expectations and even fall very far. many have complained about this and it is reasonable but it even already makes investors start feeling doubt ICO.

This year launched a lot of ICO but have a chance of success only few. The whole market in not good situation and investors is very difficult to find these worthy projects.

One of the reason was that in this year not much of the projects spend their money for investment. In the previous year the projects were spending a lot on marketing to get investors. The high potential marketing for them was signature campaign with the payment of BTC which is now not exist.

This is more like a project with anonymous team and that is the kind of project i dislike most, because that is an indication of scam. There have been several of such and i see some people invest in them.
Then apart from that, some make use of fake team, unreal founder, fake location through the use of vpn.
Despite that there are still some good projects that are open and sincere  in their dealings.

Some ICOs suspended the schedules due to market drastic decline. They knew that this is not the right time to launch their token platform because the tendency is failures. Even to postponed the project is not good, still they push it to minimized the big possibility of huge lose of capitalization. The market now is still not yet stable maybe in 2019 the market will become more stable and more new ICOs will come.

I have always believed in the immense importance of the ICO market, with the advent of promising projects and useful technologies. Unfortunately, the market development has recently slowed down significantly due to the large-scale problems of the crypto market. After improving the state of reliable cryptocurrency, the ICO market will definitely recover and continue to grow.

there are so many ico coming out in 2018, not much different from 2017, but from what I see, scam projects are slightly reduced in 2018, maybe because BTC is down, there is little investor interest with BTC,
and I believe 2019 when the BTC rises, the ICO will also rise.

yes, it would be great if there were regulations that made ICO difficult to do a scam. besides, this year, I think ICO quality has dropped so high along with the decline in the price of bitcoin. I will get better ICO prices in the following year.

that's the use of a whitepaper so that we can slaughter determine which ICO is good for developing and joining in it. not all new ICOs have a future, a good new ICO is ICO that can make investors want to enter because they have good programs and projects and benefit each other.

ICO in 2018 is very sad, a lot of fraud and a lot of bad things. in 2018 Crypto wasn't too good either, didn't know what caused the fall so long. We hope that by 2019 the ICO will improve and there will be bubbles there. there are many new ICOs and only want to trap or whatever makes them get a lot of results and harm others, so we have to be more careful in attending ICO.
